1. spaghetti (thin one)
2. pasta sauce
3. minced beef
4. shitake mushrooms
5. broccoli.
After we brought back the ingredients I bring back the minced beef to marinate it. The ingredients for marinating the minced beef:
a. light soya sauce
b. sesame oil
c. wine (any wine will do, no matter expensive or cheap one)
d. pepper
e. abalone sauce (if have bottled)
Mixed a,c,d,e together and lastly pour the b into the minced beef, put in fridge and let the meat absorb the taste of the ingredients. Next day take out and make as a ball. Pan fry it till half cook.
Then cooking spaghetti time. Pour water add oil and salt to prevent the spaghetti tangle together. After boil the spaghetti put aside and start cook the sauce. Oh ya not to forget the broccoli.
First pan fry the mushroom (already cut) then pour the meat ball to stir fry and lastly pasta sauce. Don't forget to add some water so that the sauce not so thick and finally the spaghetti. Here's are the ready make pasta.
